If the processing of personal data is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which our company is subject, the legal basis shall be Art. 6 par. 1 letter c GDPR.
If the processing is necessary to safeguard a justified interest of our company or a third party and if the interests and fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not override the aforementioned interest, the legal basis for such processing shall be Art. 6 par. 1 letter f GDPR.

(b) Right of rectification
If the data we have collected from you is incorrect or incomplete, you may ask us to rectify it without delay, in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR.
(c) Right to restriction of processing
Pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, you may under certain circumstances request the restriction of the processing of personal data concerning you.
According to the restriction, your data may only be processed with your consent or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person or on grounds of substantial public interest of the Union or a member state. Before lifting the restriction, we will inform you accordingly.
(d) Right of deletion
If one of the grounds according to Art. 17 para. 1 GDPR prevails, you may request us to delete the personal data concerning you immediately, unless there is an exemption from the obligation to delete according to Art. 17 para. 3 GDPR.
(e) Right of notification
If you have asserted against us the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, we shall be obliged according to Art. 19 GDPR to notify all recipients of your personal data, unless the notification proves impossible or requires a disproportionate effort. The revocation of the consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until its revocation.
